I am the bedtime lodestar, magnetic north in the family bed. Arms, legs, knees, all stray body parts find their way to me in the night, and measure happiness by proximity.
When I became a parent late in life, I didn't realize how much healing or growth was yet possible (or indeed necessary) for me. I have two sons under five and am seeking a way of positive parenting that spills over into other parts of my life.
